The checklist

Ten things to prepare

Please bring or submit the following with your application.

A fully completed application form.

A transfer certificate from the former school.

The report card and a record of work covered at the previous school.

A placement test, taken on campus.

A photocopy of the birth certificate.

A copy of the vaccination booklet or certificate.

The name of the child’s paediatrician.

Any special needs must be reported to the school.

Medical certificates of fitness.

Two colour passport-size pictures.
